Core Aeration & Overseeding
Core Aeration is a great method of breaking up the thatch layer in a lawn and allowing more air, moisture, and nutrients to reach your soil.This method leaves little “plugs” in your lawn that over time will decompose back into the soil. Core Aeration can be done in either the spring or the fall months. Overseeding can be done at this time as well.
Dethatching & Overseeding
Dethatching is Similar to Core Aeration, but we use a machine to pull all of the thatch layer up and bring it to the surface of your lawn. We then rake up or suck up the thatch layer allowing more air, moisture and nutrients to reach your soil. Dethatching can be done in either the spring or fall months.
